MetLife Auto & Home’s National Catastrophe Response Team is ready to handle incoming claims and work with our customers one-on-one. You don’t need your policy number to begin the claim process. We’ll do our best to assist with your covered claim, including:
- Securing shelter, as needed.
- Providing guidance on temporary repairs.
- Issuing advance payments using a stored value card or electronic funds transfer for immediate expenses.
- Facilitating the claim process through claim settlement.

To help you get back on your feet as quickly as possible, we’ve mobilized our catastrophe response vehicle in the area hardest hit by Hurricane Harvey. Customers can meet with our claim associates on site in Humble, TX from Wednesday, August 30th through Saturday, September 9th, 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. daily at the following location:
